These parties are using the Company’s name and in certain cases the names and titles of certain HR executives as a way to solicit up front fees from interested job-seekers.
 

The Company hereby disclaims having granted any such kind of authorisation to any of these fraudulent parties. The Company further states that these communications are purely made with the intent to defraud the public and that the Company has not authorised any person, whether individual or otherwise, to collect any kind of consideration whether in the form of any upfront payment/cash deposit or in kind for offering employment to any job seeker within the Company and/or its Affiliates.
 

The Company hereby urges the potential candidates not to be misled by such fraudulent communications purportedly made on behalf of the Company including through Calls, E-mails, Job Portals or Social Media.
 

Any payment or deposit made through any mode/action taken by the job seeker being a consideration for getting employment in the Company to such parties shall be at the sole risk and expenses of such potential candidate and the Company disowns any responsibility in respect of the same. The Company shall not be liable for any loss/damage or any other consequences that may arise on account of the above.
