ICA is a leading Italian manufacturer of high-end wood finishes. Pidilite entered a 50-50 JV with ICA, to manufacture and distribute wood finish products and accessories. ICA’s technical expertise combined with Pidilite sales and marketing savvy, has set a new standard of wood finishes.

Nina Percept is one of the largest Specialised Waterproofing and Building Envelope Protection turnkey solutions company in India.

Dr. Cipy, a fully owned subsidiary, is changing the resin flooring and floor coatings market. The company manufactures and sells floor coatings using polyurethanes, epoxies, polyurea and polyaspartic polymers.

Pidilite is opening new avenues for adhesives through its collaboration with Jowat SE - a leading German supplier of industrial adhesives worldwide. Pidilite will now exclusively manage the sales and distribution of the entire Jowat range of adhesives in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal.

Building Envelope Systems India (BESI) is a subsidiary of Pidilite, specializing in polyurethane foam and self-adhesive membranes for waterproofing. They have two manufacturing units in India in Kochi & Vizag.

Litokol S.p.A is an Italian company and a leading tile adhesive and epoxy grout manufacturer. A comprehensive 60:40 collaboration set up in India handles a wide spectrum of products - from epoxy to urethane to ground and specific epoxy adhesives for tile application.

Groupo Puma is a top-tier Spanish technical mortars manufacturer. A 50:50 JV with Corporacion Empresarial Groupo Puma S L and Pidilite enables a wide array of technical mortars that include flooring, wall plasters, textured wall plasters, decorative plasters and insulation. 

In a move that would solidify Pidilite’s strong portfolio of adhesives and sealant brands, Pidilite acquired a 100% stake in Huntsman Advanced Materials Solutions Private Ltd. (HAMSPL) in November 2020. HAMSPL is the manufacturer of well-known Indian brands, including Araldite, Araldite Karpenter and Araseal.

Tenax India owns a comprehensive portfolio of products, including adhesives, surface treatment chemicals, coatings, and abrasives for marble granite and stone. Pidilite controls 70% stake in Tenax India, while the balance 30% is held by Tenax S.p.A, Italy.
