There is a special birthday lunch with the Directors where they spend time to interact with Pidilitians and take their suggestions into consideration.
Pidilite has the soul of an Indian company, and believes that the past is just as important for growth as the future. While it continues to nurture its employees, it also values the contribution of those who no longer work with it. Every two years we organize Smriti Milan – a celebration of those individuals whose were once part of the Pidilite family, and who have played a role in making the company what it is today.
