At Pidilite, we are concerned about the all-round well-being of our employees.

We undertake medical check-up of all employees over 40 years of age. Those found to have BP and blood sugar above acceptable levels are sent for regular medical check-ups and progress is tracked.

We undertake hobby and awareness classes for employees and their families wherein they are introduced to new hobbies as well as personality development concepts.

Pidilite also has a cricket club and employees are encouraged to participate in cricket tournaments through the same.

Our office complex at Kondivita in Mumbai houses a recreational area that gives employees an opportunity to unwind, relax their minds and bodies, and feel rejuvenated. It features a swimming Pool, Gymnasium and Games Room, with table tennis and carrom boards, as well as a Reading Room.

At Pidilite the feeling goes beyond an employer-employee relationship. We work as a team and treat each other like family. All festivals are celebrated together.

The picnic is an annual affair organized by all our locations. The employees get an opportunity to spend time with each other and the management in a completely relaxed atmosphere.

Each department organizes get together every year which encourages informal interaction.
